Last week I dug the hole for the base but before I had a chance to pour the cement it rained and fill the hole up which needed to be bailed out.

 
Next was mixing the concrete the old fashion way, by hand and in a wheelbarrow.

If it hadn't been for Elders Alexander & Van Zyl showing up just when I was running out of energy this project could have won the day.
