July 12, 2013 District meeting with Grahamstown

Today is district meeting again and the elders and the Chases are coming to join us this transfer for a combined meeting.  It is always nice to have a larger group for this meeting.  Elder Andersen has been doing a sort of scripture chase by reading the beginning of a chapter from the Book of Mormon and then we have to find that chapter and start reading from where he is.   Guess what??!!  I was the first one to find the right place.  It was Alma 22!!  

After the meeting everyone came to our boarding where we served lunch.  They loved it and also enjoyed the view from our balcony.  They were even able to see a few dolphins!  

Rick started to do the dishes, but as he was washing one of the glasses it broke and he cut his finger pretty badly.  We bandaged it up and all will be well, but no more dishes for him today.  The Chases and one of the elders finished the dishes. 

Besides our elders, Elder Andersen and Elder Tennant we had Elder Ingram the district leader from Grahamstown and Elder Ebong, Elder Raharizoandrinirina (yes, he likes his whole name pronounced…no abbreviations) and Elder Muange.  Next transfer we get to go to Grahamstown!!
