July 23, 2013 New Branch President called in George

Rick received a phone call from Patch Bonkemeyer who also lived in the Spokane North Stake a couple of years ago. He and Rick served on the High Council for a little while together.  He and his family moved to South Africa a couple of years ago for a job and we did run into him when we first were in South Africa on our way to our assignment here in Port Alfred.  He has just been called to be Branch President in the George Branch.  It is so funny to think that two people from Spokane let alone the same stake would be here in the same mission area and called to be Branch Presidents.
